Coach Luke Lofthouse brings together dedicated athletes and high level training into an elite club in Cache Valley, Utah.
Focusing on fundamental positions and techniques enables wrestlers to build a strong foundation. Developing these skills and habits allow each wrestler to be more offensive minded and score in all positions.
Each athlete has their own strengths and White Rhino Wrestling is here to build upon them. Those strengths may be strong leg attacks, solid defense, relentless pressure on top, hard and consistent hand fighting, or creating scrambles. Rather than creating one mold that every wrestler needs to fit into, each athlete will be developed in a way that allows their strengths to stand out to create the foundation for a Hard Nosed Iowa Style Wrestling.
