Our Winter High School Wrestling Program gives boys and girls an additional training opportunity each week to continue developing their skills, staying competitive, and building momentum as they move toward the most important part of the season.
Designed to work alongside your high school wrestling schedule, this program provides focused instruction and quality mat time without adding an overwhelming training commitment. Whether you are working to earn a starting position, become a stronger varsity competitor, or prepare for postseason competition, this extra day of training is designed to help you make meaningful progress throughout the season.
Training will be led by Luke Lofthouse and will focus on developing sound technique, creating effective habits through repetition, challenging athletes with live drilling, and maintaining the conditioning necessary to compete at a high level. With one additional day each week, wrestlers will have the opportunity to refine their skills, gain confidence, and continue progressing while their high school season is underway.
