Our Junior High wrestling program is designed for 5th through 8th graders of all experience levels—from absolute beginners stepping onto the mat for the first time to seasoned athletes competing for State and National titles.
Our coaching focuses on the perfect mix of hard work, proper technique, and creating a genuine love for the sport. The fundamentals that are taught in our wrestling room will provide an advantage in the foundation of wrestling development. These skills will translate well into high school and college competitions. With proper position and technique development, athletes gain long-term success on and off the mat.
Ultimately, our goal is to build strong character while fully preparing these wrestlers for success in their high school careers and beyond. Whether your athlete wants to try a new sport or reach the top of the podium, our program provides the ideal environment to grow.

October: Tuesdays and Thursdays | 6:00pm-8:00pm
Nov-Feb: Mondays and Thursdays | 6:00pm- 8:00pm
Junior High Parent Meeting: Thursday, Oct 29th | 6:30pm (During Practice)
Last Practice: Thursday, Feb 11th
